I'm hoping that the fighting in the background will actually be other players battles, it would make it so atmospheric seeing your teammate's progress whilst fighting, liking the 4 Player combat, can't wait.

Yeah, this is looking awesome. I loved Mortal Kombat Trilogy, but loved some of the mechanics of the PS2/Xbox era games which closely imitated Soul Calibur, but it was getting a bit old.

Here appears to be a perfect mix and I'm glad that it isn't heading in the gritty reboot direction of the movie trailer which appears to be removing the realms and gods aspect.

Also, Sub Zero and Sektor. Yes.

looks simply amazing...THIS is the mortal kombat i have wanted since the end of mk4...deadly alliance was good...but the 2 after that sucked...and its cool they did something like mk vs dc... just was not an mk game...NOW THIS THOUGH?!?! wooowww!
