The final Bethesda update prior to the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) next week sees a new Brink developer diary from Splash Damage's Game Designer and former Parkour fan Aubrey Hesselgren - plenty of in-depth details on the whys and wherefores of the SMART movement system (Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain) that you won't have read before.
Gamespot : The studio, known for its work on franchises like Wolfenstein and Gears of War, has announced its own original game.
From GI.biz: "When it transpired in 2016 that Splash Damage had been acquired by a Chinese poultry firm, the headline raised more than a few eyebrows.
But it turned out that Leyou had more than one ace up its sleeve. The company already owned a majority stake in Warframe developer Digital Extremes and went to buy 20% of Texas-based studio Certain Affinity the next year."
In this week's episode, Kiaun will discuss Final Fantasy 7 Remake physical release possibly being pushed back, Sony updates us on the Playstation 5's backwards compatibility, we get rumors about Spiderman 2's release date and Splash Damage is working on a Google Stadia exclusive.
Sony updated the ps5 website saying it will still release this year. Could be putting on a face. If it got delayed I'd understand.
If anything if the console does drop this year there will most likely be a supply shortage but if it got pushed to 2021 release I wouldn't mind. I usually wait a year or two when the new consoles drop anyways the bugs are worked out and more games are released. Usually when a new console drops the launch titles can be either good or a pile of shit.
I can't wait for Brink, the trailer was freaking awesome!
The trailer was excellent, I just hope the gameplay can match that.
brink has created the future of fps control
now we just need for more devs to pick this up
i jus thope brink isnt like all those other fps where you die really fast and then have people think they are good
I really have my hopes up for this game.
