F.E.A.R. Gets Synchronicity Pack

Sierra released today the Synchronicity Pack for F.E.A.R., the award-winning first-person shooter featuring an intense combat experience with a rich atmosphere and an engaging story. F.E.A.R. immerses you in a unique blend of stylized first person combat and supernatural horror in which you are an elite soldier trained to deal with situations that are unexplainable.

Available for 550 Microsoft Points, the Synchronicity Pack includes five multiplayer maps. You'll find 3 new Capture the Flag and Conquer All maps including the expansive Dead Wood or you can take the high road or the low road to the enemy territory in Labs and get into some wide open mayhem in Depot. If Deathmatch or Control are more your style then jump into Waterworks and ambush your enemies or if you prefer things more on the claustrophobic side roll into Stockpile and see how long you can survive.

I'm sorry, but FEAR just wasn't that good:

a) Little variety in enemies
b) Horrible level design with many areas looking the same as previous levels. Also, very easy to get lost (as many areas look just like the one you came from).
c) Not, not even a little bit.
d) Repetitive gameplay (slow motion was cool, would have been better if that's not what you did for the whole game).

Hopefully, they can make improvements with the new game.
