Neocrisis: 6 new screenshots of Virtual-On Force coming to 360.
After Sega announced the release the first three Virtual On games on PS4, Tanita stepped in to create a specific controller, and gamers supported them.
PALGN: "Towards the very end of last year Sega brought back one of its most legendary cult classics in a big way, in the form of an Xbox 360 port of Cyber Troopers Virtual-On Force. The game is actually the third title in the Virtual-On series and was released in Japanese arcades way back in 2001. 2003’s Virtual-On Marz on the PlayStation 2 utilised the mechanics of Virtual-On Force but wasn’t quite the home conversation that fans wanted. After nearly ten years of waiting the game finally hits the Xbox 360 in Japan, but luckily for fans all over the world the game region free and playable on any Xbox 360 console."
No matter which way you look at it, Force is a hardcore fighter hybrid which takes a certain type of gamer to appreciate its highly demanding yet deeply rewarding gameplay. When you consider it was originally released just a year after the PlayStation 2, it's hard not to be impressed that it still looks and plays so well today.
