Ubisoft Tease New Art Work For "Assassin" Project

Twitter is the source of many a rumour of non descript developer tease, but heres a cute one from Ubisofts very own @UBIWORKSHOP

The Image, called "Assassin By Gabz" appeared moments ago on the live twitter feed and we can only speculate it may be character artwork for either an Assassins Creed or Prince of Persia based project, as the style seems to reflect both of them.

I think it's an Assassin's Creed comic anthology or some graphic novel tie-in. Probably not a game at all. :P

As we've learned over the years, no matter the chronological order, the next game is not always the next numerically. RE Code Veronica, for example, was not RE4. Neither MG Rising (spin-off) nor MGS: Peace Walker (piece of history filled in) are MGS5. Fallout: New Vegas is not Fallout 4.

So Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is an extension of ACII, which is not bad since Ezio is such a great character he warrants a second game. It's still canon though, as Desmond is confirmed to be in it, which should tie us in nicely until ACIII hits. Looks like it could take place in Egypt, if this picture has anything to say about it. Imagine scaling a pyramid and possibly getting AC's take on their origin and significance. That could be quite awesome!

It has to be Assassin's Creed related.

The similar costume and the eagle proves it.

Either another Assassin's Creed comic or some concept art for Assassin's Creed III?

NeutralGamer5091d ago

I could be Assasins Creed 3 related :D
Just look at his cloth... It looks like the typical assasins, and the eagle whom always waits at the leap of faith points...

Also notice that the original assasins in AC 1 are from middle east and this guy is in egypt... Maybe its before the events in AC 1?

Maybe something like "the people who invented the golden apple orb, were the same aliens who build the pyramids"

LOL all these speculations...

Every industry has these issues

Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
