Gamikaze.pl has updated its Black Leopard: Yakuza New Chapter (formerly known as Project K) gallery with a batch of new screenshots from the upcoming PSP game.
Yakuza's first venture to PSP has little to no chance of making it stateside, and now a sequel is in the works. Is the West missing out on anything? PlayStation LifeStlye's Heath Hindman has played through it and is ready to report in this import review of Kuryohyou: Ryu Ga Gotoku Shinshou, or "Black Panther: Yakuza New Chapter."
"- Jarring camera changes every three seconds when in the streets"
Sucks that this was basically a necessary evil of moving the series to PSP. Now there's a sequel announced and I wish it were on Vita so that this could be remedied and more non-story content could fit in. Aw well.
Sega should put this and the eventual part 2 in a bundle package for Vita sometime shortly after holiday 2012.
I hope it will come stateside, after playing Yakuza 3 and currently playing Yakuza 4 i gotta say i love the series.
Sega 2012! comeon
Eastern Mind takes us through the first hour of the latest game in the Yakuza series, entitled Black Panther, released yesterday in Japan. Dozens of in-game stills and a thorough description of the game's features after the jump.
Looks awesome. PLEASE come to the USA.
To SEGA: We adore Yakuza, we just don't know it yet, because there's no serious adverts! -Signed, American PSP gamers
