PS3 & Resistance at Top of Current US Best Sellers

Following last Monday's price drop the PS3 is top of this week's Amazon.com best sellers list while Resistance: Fall of Man tops the software chart. The top ten selling titles comprise of five Nintendo platform games, one PC game and two apiece for Xbox 360 and PS3. Click through for a rundown of top sellers by platform.

Any new people to resistance here yet, i don't think it gets the credit it deserves, the amount of action on screens and enemy's is excellent, graphics are alot better than people think and the co-op is awesome...

I agree, when i first got my PS3 i expected it to be an average looking run of the mill shooter. But when i got into the game i couldnt belive how good it looked and played.

for that dumb remark, which makes no sense. That's why you have online play, so you can challenge the world if you choose so, besides local friends. I've never played resistance, since I do not own a Ps3, but I 'm sure the game will be about $20-$30 when I get one. Can you say "greatest hits". This game has been the top sellers since the PS3 launched, so it is probably everyones first or second game, when they purchase the console.

Resistance is very very average, KILLZONE 2 will be great for you guys because its RESISTANCE 2.

Wow, that impressive for Resistance to jump back up to the top of the charts. (I know it only Amazon).

I agree with everyone who said its awesome and its a shame it was really underrated, (mainly because it was in the shadow of a certain overrated game) but anyway, those who have played it know how good it is. BTW no on ever mentions the incredible weapons in Resistance. Maybe the best ever in a shooter. Even the stock standard automatic rifle is great. Fire a single shot and its dead accurate. And is it true Halo3 is going to have a hedgehog type grenade?

As much as I look forward to COD 4 and Killzone 2, I do look forward more to any news on Resistance 2.

Plays well single player, up to 40 players online and even a few querky weapons.

Its nice to see Sony doing better as it will mean more games in the long run.

Multiplayer is great, although lately seems i have been getting into the 8 player maps instead of the 32 player ones, but it could be the times i am playing. One thing though, I thought the single player was awesome, I was really into the story line, and I can't wait for Resistance 2, I just wanna see how it ends.

It suggests that the PS3 is dominating Worldwide console sales. Admittedly, it may very well be, but a title that states it as definite fact isn't accurate.
