10° Food and Drink in Dragon Age's Ferelden

The luxuries of the modern day have not made it into the lives of the medieval style Ferelden. There is no sushi, no bottles of fizzy cola, very little in terms of sanitation and no running water, hot or cold (unless you count the servants carrying it) and the clothing styles are strictly limited.

So the people are dirty, the streets are filthy and smell of wet dog and rotting garbage, we have a vast wheel of cheese and bread for dinner (again). I am surprised that my party members have not abandoned me by now for want of a decent meal and a clean bed that any inn should provide but never seems to.
