No More Heroes arrived in the west in 2008, ten years after the formation of Grasshopper Manufacture. As a Wii exclusive release that eventually received an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 port in Japan and the US – though yet to be released in European territories – No More Heroes casts players as the unlikely otaku hero Travis Touchdown, on a quest to become the number one ranked assassin. The game takes place in the free-roaming environment of a fictional city, Santa Destroy.
The PC version of No More Heroes has received an update that now allows gamers to enjoy it with a keyboard and mouse.
Game Rant chats with the creator of No More Heroes about who he would like to see play the role of Travis Touchdown in a live-action adaptation.
Actually Ryan Gosling makes a ton of sense.
Edit: If this can be done in a Scott Pilgrim movie kind of way that would be dope.
XSEED is one of a few publishers running a new Switch eShop sale for Black Friday 2023, and it includes the lowest prices ever for No More Heroes 1 and 2. The same goes for Senran Kagura Peach Ball, Trinity Trigger, and more.
