Three new screens for Avalanche Software's and Disney Interactive Studios' game, Toy Story 3: The Videogame.
It sucks, done. Honestly though, there have only been a couple of ok games based off of movies in the last couple years. They have potential but usually fail anyways. I've given up on these games.
this looks pretty ok i guess... if graphics are like that
I had toy story on the Megadrive. I loved that game
the only movie based games i can think of right now that i loved was Lion King and Aladdin.
@Kaleb Toy Story 2 on the N64 was loads of fun.
There is a good article about it in there. It actually sounds they are trying their best to make this a decent game. The game will not follow the plot of the movie. The only thing that is supposed to be in the game from the movie is the new characters. Other than that, the central game mode is like a huge toy sandbox where you can drop in and drop out toys (like soldiers and such) as well as buildings and structures (toys of course). Sounds like my kids will love it, and from what I got out of the article, this is not going to be a movie shovelware for once. Without the constraints of somehow trying to get a game world to work inside the plot of the movie, there is a great chance that it could actually end up being good.
The one on N64/ps1 was decent.
While the game really doesn't interest me, I can't wait for the movie to be released.
Surprisingly good looking, might be interested if it's like that one toy story game for the PSX I had as a kid.
BTW for those of you that don't know, this game will support the PlayStation Move.
There where also rumors about it coming to PS3 as 3D enabled or prepared (for when the FW update drop). I'll post the link if I can find it.
Looks pretty good, I remember the Toy Story games on the N64 being pretty decent, hope this is good, if not the movie will be amazing
...Toy Story 3 on Blu-ray ;-P
