Some of the cheaper brands may use slower high latency flash chips while the more well known brands could possibly use the better flash chips.

I recently picked up an HP 4gb for $10 at Fry's. It is very quick to transfer content and play from. By comparison, I also had a 2gb cheapo that I got from one of our vendors. It was not a name brand by any means and it was quite a bit slower. Even doing a PC test the HP was significantly faster.

I am sure there will be a full on comprehensive test of many of the major (and some not so major) brands and models to really see what works best.

Why can't we have more people do videos like this for are games? Or Updates?

I would see if my 160GB hard drive work, but I already got it full of stuff and don't want to try it.

Other then that, this was a great video and helpful.
