OXG talks about this week's game releases. Highlights include Squishy Tank (DS), Judie no Atelier: Guramnat no Renkinjutsu - Toraware no Morito (PSP import), and Monochrome (PSP import).
Knights in the Nightmare (PSP), Persona 3 Portable (PSP), Dragon Quest: Monster Battle Road (Wii, Arcade), Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2 (DS), Atelier Judie (PSP), Super Robot Wars: Lord of Elemental (DS), Legend of Sword (Mobile), and Neptune (PS3).
Dragon Quest Monster Battle Road Legend looks like it's the sequel to Swords in a way :) Looks like I'm not the only one who liked the game seeing that it's coming out.
"Overall, it's a slow time for sales. Not a lot of software is moving in Japan right now, which makes the figures shown by games like Fist of the North Star, Tomodachi Collection, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and Yakuza 4 during these recent times all the more impressive." -RPG Land
Japanese magazines provide looks at Pokemon Black and White, Blaze Union, new Dragon Quest games, Knights in the Nightmare's PSP port, Etrian Odyssey III, Tales of Phantasia Narikiri Dungeon X, and many more.
Pokemon Black and White? There's so much news and rumour about on this right now, I don't think there'll be anything left for E3!
Handhelds have been blessed with a lot of great JRPGs this gen. Can't say the same for consoles. We could definitely use more JRPGs for the consoles.
