Midway Games is still around but in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, recently:

Warner Brothers only bought certain assets from Midway as did THQ, Microsoft, EA, etc. Midway doesn't have any development studios either, the LinkedIn profile is obviously out of date, plus it mentions the "Xbox 360" as simply "Xbox".

Guess we'll know by E3 but I honestly don't see it happening. Then again... Nintendo likes to release a new DS every 6 months so maybe this will be a revised Wii with beefy hardware.

Strange headline, as I thought the star of the show was Super RType. I almost bought RType Dimensions EX this last month and was just thinking, man I wish we had the SNES one somewhere on Switch. That's where I got my start w the series and I was beyond excited to see it drop this week!
