Games Abyss: Yakuza 3 Review

Like movies, games are an escape. For anyone who's always wanted to travel but lacked the funds or the nerve to do it, games that take place in exotic real-world locales are the perfect solution. How better to inexpensively get the flavor, if not the actual experience, of living in a foreign culture? While it probably wasn't Sega's goal to aim Yakuza 3 at a strictly Japanese audience, (it came out in Japan in 2009 and nearly didn't see the light of day in the West) us wanderlust-stricken Westerners are sure glad it turned out the way it did.
