EK Cooling allegedly has slipped itself into a hot soup of seemingly endless financial woes, where it has not paid its staff, suppliers, and contractors for many months as the company is facing liquidity problems and a surplus of inventory left unsold, stuck in the warehouse for a more extended period. Gamers Nexus investigated these claims made by former and current personnel, where he found trails of unpaid bills lasting as long as three to four months and unpaid raises that accumulated for almost a year.
EK Water Blocks has two entities—a Slovenian-based headquarters and a US-based subsidiary, EK Cooling Solutions. Steve narrated the series of events in detail, stating that the company was reportedly irresponsible and negligent regarding payment. Consequently, partners and employees are forced to share the burden of alleged mismanagement. It all begins with its extensive range of products, leading to a surplus of goods. EK has over 230 water blocks, 40 liquid cooling kits, 85 reservoirs, 40 pumps, 73 radiators, and 212 miscellaneous accessories.
Yes this is not about video games directly but indirectly this will impact the pc gaming/workstation space hard.
This company is massive one of two in the water cool space so if it goes poof then thousands out there have no spare parts or half built computers.
SO yeah i know not about a video game but think of it as amd leaving the pc space but this is ekwb that could be leaving water cooling in the pc space

FPSes forgot to be fun, simple and original these days.
I'll just cheekily add my recent blog of a guide how to run these on modern PCs and enhanced if you choose to.

I remember a time when fps werent almost all team squad based , and chokeful of autoaiming and assist .
Long are gone the days you needed actual skills for both aiming and acrobatic plays (like in Q2-q3) , welcome to the age of shootgun rushing fools , drone abusers and campers (but to be fair that one always existed)
I think developers really need to step it up with FPS's. Its always the same generic shoot your gun and kill the enemy and move forward gameplay every single time. They really havn't changed over the last 15 years and I think its about time we see some innovation and originality. Gameplay is extremely linear in all shooters and the voice acting is always horrible, also im sick of all the cliche story lines and charcters. I can look at a character in any fps and know exactly how they will act because ive seen it hundreds of times before.
/double standards rant
That article was like a trip down memory lane.It seems FPS have gotten a little bit stale of late.Just played and finished F.E.A.R 2 and the new Wolfenstein and neither game offer anything new.I may take Blaster's advice and give MAG a try.
imo third person games last so much longer the online is more tactical and they are overall better games FPS go by after what 5 months (witht the acseption of call of duty 4)
