GDC Challenge: Designing a game based on the death of a real person

This GDC contest challenged the creativity of participants, and their ability to use their medium to convey a concept to the player. This year the challenge was real world perma-death; design software based around the death of a real person.

The GDC Challenge has always been one of my favorite parts of the show. There's always some interesting stuff that comes from it.
