A game of archaic modernism, incredibly grounded in roots now associated with retro gaming, but with so many little hints of originality and individuality that would only be found in newer releases. Last year I concluded (Ed- Nice plug) that its overall familiarity was both its greatest downfall and greatest achievement, and that perhaps it did a little too much that had been done before for it to fully stand out amongst the crowd of games today."
