Mac users don't play games do they?

Outside of Solitaire and flight sims, I'm guessing not.

Macs BootCamp to Windows so it will still sell.

Lol, I know a mac user who don;t play SC, but would still get insulted by this.

Mac users, so touchy :)

ooo that's fighting talk maticus :)

I can't remember if their other betas were on mac either. Anyone recall?

Macs aren't for games. They're fashion accessories you can sit near while sipping expensive imported coffee so that everyone nearby can see how elite you are.

Bad news for those actually wanting to try this beta on Mac, mind you :/

WOW on Macs runs brilliantly and with inbuilt recording that runs alot better than fraps :P

AGAIN. Macs can dualboot into Windows. It will still sell to Apple fans. I use a Mac for most everything except gaming. I have a dedicated rig for PC gaming but work and media and all that good stuff I use a Mac.

Every major Blizzard game has come out for Mac + each expansion pack for the respective games.
WC: Orcs and Humans 1994 - Mac OS
WCII: Tides of Darkness 1995 - Mac OS
WCIII 2002 - Mac OS
WoW 2004 - Mac OS
Starcraft 1998 - Mac OS
Diablo 1998 - Mac OS
Diablo II 2000 - Mac OS

No betas were needed for those and they still sold well.

It's sad for Mac users, but it would be a load of work to port the each and every one of the beta builds.

It's much easier to beta test the Windows version, and once it goes near gold, they can port it for simultaneous PC/Mac hybrid CD/online distribution.

At least they will get it Mac compatible by release!

Ah well what a shame :) Macs are rubbish anyway.
