In an article yesterday, we reported that a class action lawsuit was filed by a Philadelphia attorney because he believes that the Microsoft Point system used on Xbox Live to purchase content is fraudulent. We'll leave it up to court system to decide whether or not the case has merit or not but there are things Xbox Live users can do to ensure they get the most out of their Xbox Live experience in regards to purchasing."
