Broadband users over-paying for unnecessary limits

Study finds most 'unlimited' customers download less than 20GB a month.

Most UK broadband customers are wasting money on download limits they come nowhere near reaching, research has found.

According to a study by, 53 per cent of customers with an unlimited broadband package downloaded under 10GB of data a month and almost three quarters downloaded less than 20GB.
