Puzzles. People seem to have a love/hate relationship when it comes to putting a puzzle in their favorite game. Sometimes they're hailed as a great element of game design, while other times people would like to take your puzzle, punt it over the Great Wall of China, and then pray it lands on something sharp and pointy.

How would they know the difference between someone who purposely shut down their game and someone who crashed out?
And the shutting down of the game seems so tedious. Super Credits are really easy to get.
They aren't like samples. You don't have to extract with them to keep them. Which is good. I'd hate it if they switched it up. It's at least a consolation prize if your actually trying to extract but end up losing.
