2010 is off to a flyer with the launch of Bayonetta - a third person action adventure that marries the best over the top action from the likes of Devil May Cry and wraps it inside a compelling gameworld that just won't let you stop playing.
For fans of stylised action the buck stops here - this title is literally brimming with a slickness that makes the in-game madness a joy to both watch and behold. Bayonetta is a bespectacled witch, not the type covered in warts, sitting aside a broomstick. Instead, think super hot brunette babe who happens to be wearing a nice pair of Prada 'media glasses'. She has woken from a 500 year slumber and wants to get back to the business of killing 'Angel' monsters in such a flamboyant fashion that Tarantino should be holding on lines one, two and three.
