Savage Moon: The Hera Campaign is an extension of the universe first presented in the rather nice PSN exclusive title Savage Moon. But this time, PSP owners are getting their chance to crush the Insectocyte menace.
Both follow the formula of the now ubiquitous Tower Defence game – where a rock, paper, scissors system is required to match defences to enemies to ensure your survival. Defences range from simple blocks to gun emplacements and repair towers – each works best against a certain enemy. Gameplay essentially tasks you with funnelling the evil bugs into the best position to be picked apart by gunfire while ensuring that they are kept far away from your mining operation.
