Maybe it's not entertaining to you. The Natal Motion sensing isnt really targeted to people of your kind. Natal/PS3wand is a new way of making the consoles(PS3,Xbox) more appealing to a different audience like Kids , casual gamers , older people and even Hardcore gamers that just want to try something new for a change!

You're a grown man so maybe to you moving around trying to stop virtual balls with a character on screen isnt funny but to young kid this will feel like the greatest thing ever. Different approach at making gaming better for everybody is always good.

I wasnt a fan of motion sensing gaming at 1st because of the shovelware on the Wii but after I played games like Zelda , Madworld, no More heroes , Super Mario Galaxy I got a little bit more into it. As long they can bring good games it will always be entertaining to some people.

That's pretty much what it's about. Same as it was for Nintendo which is why everyone is jumping on the bandwagon.

Looking at how manyy Wii's have been sold, if I was a competitor or company vieing for position in this industry,F#$k it, I want a peice of that pie as well.

That's why any company enters a Market/Industry. There is money to be made, regardless of the product or what someoneelse(that is not really being targeted for this product) may think.

Everyone lauched at the Wii, man if I could only go back in time. 60 Million sales later business learn and adapt very quick ot the competition.

Well there you have it. This explains why most xbox 360 games are complete crap. Apparently Microsoft thinks that games have nothing to do with entertainment. Coming out and announcing that your supposedly Godly gaming peripheral will also end up being the ultimate tool for entertainment is a little suspect. MS has realized that folks will get bored with Chuck Norris roundhouse kicks and Ryu Hadouken motions in their living rooms and now they're trying to broaden the appeal of the device by not limiting it to a single form of entertainment (gaming) so that folks don't shy away from another potential Wii (i.e. buy it for the hype and then shelve it within a year) purchase.

With Sony wand I have seen them play Resident evil 5 and LBP in fun and entertaining ways, what has Natal shown ? Nothing.

I love it.
The Natal vids are amongst the most fun on the net.
I love how everyone moves like they have been stinged with a neuro-poison.
They over-move with that stupid ball game.
It seems like the floor is on fire.

Basically moving in that way distracts from the fact that Natal can't detect movements with a perfect timing.
If a guy moves just to kick the ball you will notice the delay.
