Gamertell is planning to Live Blog from Sony's 2010 International CES press conference. The conference starts Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at 4:15 p.m. (Pacific Time) and will last until 5:15 p.m.
i expected videos of new games ( maybe killzone 3?) or videos of games like last gardian or ff versus..
but chances of that are slim. I don't expect too much big news from this press conference.
There will be extremely little if any PS3/PSP news at the CES presser.
3D TV's and PS3 support along with possibly announcing the release for the PS3 motion control wand. Since it is coming out this Spring. And they can't wait till E3 because thats the Summer so now seems the best time for it.
You'd be better served covering gaming news from the men's room at a TGIF. Good luck.
Im really excited about the Wands, hopefully we get a price point!
Except that CES 2010 actually has a sizeable gaming showcase this year. http://www.cesweb.org/exhib... So yeah, something gaming orientated could occur from Sony, especially since last year Sony showed off MAG there.
from YOUR link: Major gaming exhibitors at CES include: D-Box, DDR (Dance, Dance Revolution), Guillemot, Iron Will Creations, Microsoft - Games for Windows and Tritton. No Playstation, No Nintendo, No Xbox...
Would Sony use CES to show off the wand?
Why not I say. The device is meant to launch in March in Japan and all we have is a list of launch titles, and a few seconds of gameplay footage for almost all of those.
The PS3 is a Sony branded electronic device and considering this is the Consumer Electonic Show, I suspect there is a probability that they might be showing something that deals with the PS3. It's all possible I guess.
i can not wait to see all the AAA games sony has this year. do anybody know the best site to watch this year CES.
CES is more about pimping out the hardware rather than the software.
sony is going to show hardware more than software i think.
