The Gamers Temple writes: "I've written a few reviews for some of the iPhone's bigger titles Assassin's Creed, Hero of Sparta, etc. and with each subsequent title, I've been more and more impressed with what Apple's phone/media player/gaming device is capable of. Up until now, though, I never truly felt that the iPhone was capable of delivering games that lived up to the standards set by the mainstays of portable gaming, the Nintendo DS and the Sony PSP. The lack of any real buttons more often than not ends up hurting iPhone games' controls, and even when they're done right a d-pad and buttons would still be a better choice. Well, I'm not sure my views on that will ever change, but if one iPhone game can come close to changing my mind and yours it is Gameloft's stunning first person shooter N.O.V.A.: Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance."
