Siliconera: Nippon Ichi is developing Zettai Hero Kaizou Keikaku (Absolute Hero Modding Project), a dungeon crawler with a brand new cast of characters and a customizable hero. Players can swap parts to turn the hero into a tank, a Prinny, or Laharl.
Lots of news from Haru Akenaga (NISA president).
- Neptune (PS3 RPG) coming over.
- No more Sakura Wars
- Apologizes for Last Rebellion
- Hints at Classic Dungeon and Zettai Hero
- "working on" anime for PSN
"Oh, one more thing… how is Disgaea 4 doing?
Ask me again at TGS."
OMFG!!! This series is the reason why I purchased my PS3 last December 2008.
Makes me wonder why NIS supports the PS3 even though they can easily put their game on the 360 for multiplatform release. They're third party devs afterall.
So far, TGS will have the following games
The Last Guardian
Final Fantasy Versus 13
Disgaea 4
The only thing left that would blow my head is the announcement for Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 5.
Scans of a whole mess of PSP RPGs: Fullmetal Alchmist, Last Ranker, Ys: Oath of Felghana, Tales of Phantasia Narikiri Dungeon X, Blaze Union, Fate/Extra, Zettai Hero, Projext X, and Valkyria Chronicles 2.
Japanese magazines provide looks at Pokemon Black and White, Blaze Union, new Dragon Quest games, Knights in the Nightmare's PSP port, Etrian Odyssey III, Tales of Phantasia Narikiri Dungeon X, and many more.
Pokemon Black and White? There's so much news and rumour about on this right now, I don't think there'll be anything left for E3!
Handhelds have been blessed with a lot of great JRPGs this gen. Can't say the same for consoles. We could definitely use more JRPGs for the consoles.
lol love the etna one in the dress :3
