The storylines. It's tough to make a storyline when the protagonist is a bloodthirsty killer alien that speaks through fangs and acid. Rebellion gave the alien a personality and a name, "Six," and even better, a reason to lash out and seek vengeance. You won't get some Hamlet tale of revenge, but the animalistic rage and anger plays out well as you guide the alien through vents on her way to rip apart her human captors."
