this game is the only reason i havnt sold my 360.

Conviction is revealing itself to be one of the best games of 2010. This sounds interesting, and as game development progresses, I see more shooters/ action-adventure titles adopting slight role-playing elements. Regarding customization and upgrades that is.

Too bad I won't be able to play the co-op! I don't have, nor do I plan on getting XBL...

you can just play it when it goes to ps3.

@HungPHAT
since there has alrady been splinter cell games on the ps2 all that loyalty stuff they talk is already thrown out.

That's to bad ! Because your missing on the best console online experience right now. I suggest getting a 3 month card to see how good it is

You're not missing much. I have a gold account still and never touch it. The Live experience is one of the most over hyped bloated online services and is easily passed up for the free online services of both the PC and PS3 IMHO. Why pay for something you get for free everywhere else?

TruEve3626d ago (Edited 3626d ago )

I've had a 360 since May of 2006 :). First got Gold with Gears of War (which to this day is one of my favorite games online this gen). After having it for a few years, I realized I wasn't playing many games online on the 360.

That's because there are near-identical and robust online experiences on other platforms for free. So now, my PS3 is my main platform for online console gaming. My 360 is mainly for some multiplats and single-player exclusives. And as of now, Conviction isn't known to go to PS3 and the PC I have now won't be able to run it!

---

I'm sure the online component for Conviction will be awesome. Which is also becoming a trend since Resistance 2 (as I predicted :P). I'm just not willing to pay for Gold for a single game ATM, unless Gears 3 actually releases and is better than Gears 1 :D. Maybe I'll gather a few 24-hour trials lol.
