"The month of November is usually a very busy month for new PC game releases and this year was no exception with titles like Dragon Age: Origins, Modern Warfare 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 dominating sales. However the last month also saw news stories about all new game announcements, teases about future games, and controversy over one particular PC title. Sadly the news also hit about further layoffs at one of the biggest PC game publishers.
As we always do at this time of the month, Big Download has picked out the top 10 big PC game news stories for November for a quick review. Tune in later this month as we look back at the entire year and pick the top 10 biggest news stores for 2009."
VGChartz's Evan Norris: "During my time at PAX East, Sorlie walked me through two titles: the original Bubsy on SNES (his personal favorite) and the now infamous Bubsy 3D, the franchise's first foray into three dimensions. Each game in the anthology will feature the quality-of-life features common to Limited Run's Carbon Engine, including rewind, save states, screen & filter options, and even an optional "boost mode" that overclocks the system slightly to remove slowdown."
My one friend and I loved Bubsy 1. We used to compare him to Sonic all the time. So with us and the one person from this article it has at least three fans. 🤣
I was so lucky as a kid my parents convinced me to rent Busby 3d first because I was full steam ahead on buying it with my pocket money based on the advertising alone.
"The Germany/US-based indie games publisher Aerosoft and Munich-based (Germany) indie games developer Thera Bytes games, are today very glad and thrilled to announce that the full version (v1.0) of their zombie-themed sandbox/lab builder/survival game “Zombie Cure Lab” (from the AAA sim vets at Aerosoft), is coming to PC via Steam, and consoles (PS5 and Xbox Series X/S) via digital stores on May 27th, 2025." - Jonas Ek, TGG.
