All of the gore in No More Heroes was censored when Marvelous released it in Japan. The Wii version replaced fountains of blood with pixel clouds and cut out grisly death sequences. The HD port, No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise, restores the carnage, but only on the Xbox 360.
The PC version of No More Heroes has received an update that now allows gamers to enjoy it with a keyboard and mouse.
Game Rant chats with the creator of No More Heroes about who he would like to see play the role of Travis Touchdown in a live-action adaptation.
Actually Ryan Gosling makes a ton of sense.
Edit: If this can be done in a Scott Pilgrim movie kind of way that would be dope.
XSEED is one of a few publishers running a new Switch eShop sale for Black Friday 2023, and it includes the lowest prices ever for No More Heroes 1 and 2. The same goes for Senran Kagura Peach Ball, Trinity Trigger, and more.
This is pretty much the same reason I didn't get NGs:2. Yeah, sure, it had more content over the 360 version but the gore was tone down. So, I pretty much lost interest of the game.
If the same fate happen to the american ps3 version, then screw it .
I am just happy we get the game [even though i already played the Wii version].
There isn't anything in the article to prove that this is the case. It looks like just some kid putting 1 and 1 together and getting 3. He's reasoning for believing this is the following:
"Amiami’s product page explains the Xbox 360 version is the North American edition and they expect it to be rated as an adults only, CERO Z game. This warning only appears on the Xbox 360 page, which suggests the PlayStation 3 version will have black pixels instead of red blood."
That's no where close to confirmed but if it does turn out to be the case I will be getting this for the 360.
