Bulldozer certainly looks interesting. A potential 8 core bulldozer chip would essentially mean a 16 core chip, all working concurrently.
Interesting, bulldozer is a bit more appealing to me after reading that. It's good they are introducing something to compete with Intels Hyper Threading. One of the reasons I don't think the AMD Thuban 6 core's will do so well is because they are just 6 straight cores, with no HT equivalent, and lower clocks/overclocking potential than the i7's, an i7 will probably still edge out next years offerings, but 2011 is the year where it gets exciting, 4-8 cores for both Intel and AMD, and AMD is stepping up their game also. Win win for everyone
