i love my playon and technically netflix is better on the ps3 and 360 via the official apps/disc.

but i still find value in playon media server with hulu and the plugin community adding steams like live tv, nfl, nba, adult swim, etc etc etc

WildArmed5664d ago

same. Loved Playon.
Only issue i had is that my comp ran off on wireless. The bandwidth was killing my experience.
So instead I just hooked up an old laptop to my tv. ^^

PlayOn is great for Streaming HULU, Youtube, etc.. For Netflix, i dont know if its better to stream it from disc (PS3) and using it as a media server.. works ok.. video is choppy :(

kissmeimgreek5664d ago

how do you get it on your 360?

GiantEnemyCrab5664d ago

I love this app! I use it both on my 360 and PS3 all the time.

The third party plug-ins offer some real nice variety for content. Using Tubecore you can also access all the PlayOn features via Windows Media Center as well.

Star Wars Outlaws review - ChristCenteredGamer

CCG writes - "Star Wars Outlaws is fun, kept me engaged for about 90 hours, and Kay is a fun character to explore four fairly large environments with. It does a good job of faithfully representing the Star Wars galaxy far far away and stays mostly true to the lore and established characters. There are tie-ins to several of the movies and shows such as Solo and The Empire Strikes Back. If you like Star Wars and you can overlook the subtle and unnecessary woke expressions, then you'll likely enjoy the game. In my humble opinion Outlaws is over-priced at $70 for the standard game, so you may want to wait for a sale."
