GameKult: At the Vegeta SSJ3, it is far from the days when small volumes of Goku going to collect the entire seven Dragon Balls with his cloud and his staff. However, before launching genkidamas big as the moon, the ape-man was nothing more than a boisterous boy. This is precisely what we want to remind Namco Bandai in emerging from his pouch the young Goku, whom the author Akira Toriyama wanted to see the end in the arms of his wife. Chi-chic, this Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo? Not so much.
What it comes down to is this is a game that is rate E10+, which means that it is meant for a much younger audience. That being said the fact that 411 did actually enjoy playing the game speaks volumes for Namco Bandai accomplishing what they were after, a fun experience for younger gamers. Something that they feel they accomplished in spades.

None of them ever were critically acclaimed titles, but they always seemed to do the cartoon series justice by including most of the main characters and an art style that was consistent with the animation seen on the television show. I used to watch the cartoon series back in college, usually on a Sunday afternoon, hungover on the couch. It provided mindless entertainment with a slight sense of humor that was perfect as I tried to overcome numerous shots and games of beer pong from the night before.
