Dragon Age: Origins - System Requirements, Benchmarks and Graphics Tuning at PCGH

PC Games Hardware has benchmarks of Dragon Age: Origins. According to them the RPG runs well on middle class hardware. It benefits from multi-core processors and requires a lot of system memory. They also compared different detail settings and tested which graphics options effect the performance of the game.

It looks a lot better than I thought it would. I don't know why people keep saying it's not that taxing....the minimum and recommended specs are the highest i've ever seen. I was hoping to be able to force 16qaa and get near 60 frames...not gonnna happen now. My gtx280 got old faster than I am willing to accept

I hope dragon age comes with a benchmark tool....or that someone makes one at least

A bit demanding considering the graphics don't look that good. I might get it since it's by Bioware though, they make good games.
