The girl in the top with the cloud is Kate from Siberya
The guy next to the Horned Reaper is Patrick from Undying
The girl next to Snake is Eileen from Silent Hill 4
Both characters next to Alexis Sinclaire are from Messiah
The secretary from Cthulhu is from Nox
The guy aiming the gun to Nemesis is the Berserk from Blade of Darkness

One that looks VERY familiar is the head that was kicked by the second Caled but I cant recall from where, also the first Caled actually looks more like the guy from STALKER
