XboxEvolved: FIFA 10 Review

The foundations of every new sports game and what has improved in the the gameplay department are usually the first things people wonder about to warrant a new purchase for technically the same game. With EA and their sports franchises, they have started to slide away from gimmicky, little-impact improvements and instead improve in boatloads like the opposition AI and making general gameplay more fluid. This was very well done in FIFA 09 and further steps have been made in FIFA 10 to make the matches more realistic. For example, referees now give bookings in real-time, rather than in a separate cutscene, and quick free-kicks can also be taken.
