Gaming Age writes: "Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo is the first in a series of three games that Namco is putting out this year involving the Dragon Ball license. While a glut of their titles have turned out to be fighters as of late, some of which are actually pretty good, this game features a deviation from the norm, and plays more like a 3D brawler than anything else. I'd say it's heavily reminiscent of recent titles like Spyborgs on the Wii and the Turtles in Time remake on PSN/XBLA. The player guides the kid version of Goku around a number of stages, beating up nameless bad guys on a small 3D environment, with limited depth to the stage and pretty linear path progression. Its actually pretty fun, but a more than a little mindless."
