GoFanboy writes: "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs had a strong opening at the box office, so of course video game adaptations were to be expected. On the DS platform, you don't usually expect much from a movie game with the budgets going more towards home consoles over handhelds.
In this game, you play as the movie's star - Flint, an inventor who has created a machine that causes food to fall from the sky. Of course, something goes horribly wrong (or else there would be no story) with the machine and it's up to you as Flint to save the citizens of his hometown. Luckily, you're equipped with some pretty handy inventions that will combat any gastronomical enemy."
R834 earns the platinum trophy for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and brings his platinum total up to 19.
I really cringe whenever I see games like this, terminator salvation and Hannah Montana on other peoples trophy list, it's worse when they actually BRAG about it.

why would i just buy a game to boost a fictional score that does nothing for me?
whats the point of 1k'ing? does it give like a 200 points boost? ive got 2 games suck at 985 with 2 achiev each worth 10 and 5. dont see the point of wasting 100+ hours on em.
Gamingxp: Hardly a great children's film has no game. This success is based mainly on the sale of the cinema audience, which itself wants to identify with the characters and wants to help bring the story to the "Happy End".
