Rumor: God of War: Collection Has Been Delayed

How fast they were recoding this game. You often don't hear something like this announced in development and then with a firm release. Recoding a game for another system can be tedious.

I hope this isn't true, I'm *REALLY* looking forward to this one.

No it won't be delayed till March. That's when GOW3 is coming, so it makes no sense to release both games in March. Gamestop probably just messed up and put the GOW3 date for GOW collection.

While the March date sounds pretty fake, why wouldn't it make sense? if there was a march release, people would think, oh, gow3 is releasing in a few weeks, and would get gow collection to know the story before hand.

This game does not need to be rushed. 5 months before gow 3 release, or a few weeks before, doesn't make much of a difference. Just needs to be released before gow3.

If you were to make a game wouldnt you be too. I sure as he!! wouldnt want to release anything near that thing. The only thing that has a chance to MW2 is none other than U2 and ND rightfully deserves it. But well see.

Gamestop just put that on the site to attract buyers to make it look like they receive something extra. They have that for the Blood Dragon armor for Dragon Age: Origins too, even though it comes with every copy.

I would't doubt it. In an interview with IGN, one of the guys re-mastering the game stated that they were working on adding higher-res textures to the Collection. I mean seriously, wouldn't everyone want a game that ISN'T half-a$$ed and looks better than the originals? I sure as hell would. 2x anti-aliasing is already in there along with the HD resolution. I'd prefer to have nice lookin' textures along with that, personally. If the game is going to look better, then by all means they can take their time.
