One of the features Gran Turismo PSP was noticeably lacking was a true multiplayer. Polyphony Digital opted to not include an online racing mode in their first PSP racing installment. Allowing only ad/hoc multiplayer, Gran Turismo PSP can only be played with other people in the same room or very close by.
Thankfully, this has now changed for Japanese gamers.

To this day, anyone that plays a GT game for the first time and doesn't have experience with this kind of game will crash at the first corner, so not really sure what Shu is claiming here. just do a search on youtube or google for a tutorial on adhoc party play and that will tell you where to download it on your japanese account, if you get on it lobbies j30-35 are the lobbies people are trying to start as being the gtpsp lobbies for the game
damn clever stuff. but isnt having to play GT on your portable console, where your non portable console is, just a little silly?
