Killzone 2's characters were OKAY. I could stand them since the gameplay was so awesome.

Replace Ashley with Rico form Killzone 2. I did not mind Ashley But omfg Rico i just killed at the end of Killzone 2 and did the rest by myself. Garza was so much better than him.

Elena was pretty handy in a gun fight. Sully, on the other hand, carries one of the best guns in the game but he can't hit anything.

Not to sound nerdy but I think one of my fave sidekicks ever is Tomi Undergallows from NeverWinter Nights. That halfling thief was hilarious and helpful. :D Plus, I always got bored without him, and never actually completed the game. Haha.
