I have a feeling it wont be anything big like 90% of the time when we get something like this on N4G...

umair_s513792d ago

Any guess on which platform these are on?

SuperM3792d ago

Maybe Uncharted 2 review + some new TGS game?

gaffyh3792d ago

Actually it's only ONE exclusive that is being unveiled. Looks like some people can't read:

"Two huge exclusives (one announced, ONE UNANNOUNCED) for readers to dive into. Any guesses?"

randomwiz3791d ago

The unannounced one stumps me, but I really hope the announced one is Agent

ThanatosDMC3791d ago

I'll be pissed if it's AVP and becomes exclusive to the 360, which means i need to turn it on after so many months and get new batteries. Last game i played on it was Fable 2.

umair_s513791d ago

BTW when does the next game informer come out?

dantheman15153791d ago

Halo: Reach. ODST comes out this month, so Halo hype will be as big as ever. Why not use the advertising for one game to gain momentum for another one. Game Informer did the first extensive ODST preview, so the two companies behind the two items have a good, reliable history.

I dont know, Agent would be awesome. I want to see their take on espionage. I love Splinter Cell and Alpha Protocol is on my Christmas list. Im just hoping its not a rebranded GTA, but why would anyone rebrand GTA.

GameGambits3791d ago

Unnanounced: Legend of Dragoon 2

Announced: Final Fantasy Versus 13

A man can dream can't he ? :)

Defectiv3_Detectiv33791d ago

Halo ODST does come out later this month, and what better way to pimp the beta access than finally shed some light on Halo Reach? If they are trying to use the beta as a selling point for ODST they should at least give us a glimpse of what we're buying.

bnaked3791d ago

Agent is announced! And Whahaha!!! We will see these games first on the TGS!!! So you don't need to wait untill the next Gameinformer! I think GT5 and an unanounced unexpected exclusive..

a_squirrel3791d ago

Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 3

Beast_Master3791d ago

You could be right he didn't say console exclusives, it could be two exclusive story's to the magazine.

Could be anything from Gears 3, Resistance 3 or Dead Space 2. Or Could be Beyond good and Evil 2, Halo Reach, La Norie..

Who knows.

both PS3 of course

unless M$ surprises us all with this new IP all bots have been clamoring for

nightelfmohawk3792d ago

Mass Effect Sigma 2
Alan Wake Sigma

For PS3, of course.

topdawg1223792d ago

Hopefully Agent, and something new like KH3!

Lou-Cipher3792d ago (Edited 3792d ago )

I just saw the picture in GameInformer, and it looks like it could very well be a Kingdom Hearts game.

The cover of the magazine has what looks like Mickey Mouse, and in very small print it says Disney. (Page 41 Game Informer)

RockmanII73791d ago

The unannounced game is multi-system.

El Botto3791d ago

But of course.

I expect nothing else from the superior console. As "droids", we are blessed with the priviledge of things like "true exclusives", "true next gen experience", "system pushing games", "full multi media experience".

Droids are spoiled gamers. Xbots are frustrated sore losers.

Cajun Chicken3792d ago

I think one of these is Prey 2. Human Head have been working on it for ages, it's been announced and today, specifically Zenimax just bought the rights to Prey...actually, didn't the same happen to Wet a while ago? Look how fast that went through.

Anyway, Prey 2, high time for a sequel anyway.

jmare3792d ago (Edited 3792d ago )

Prey wasn't that good though.

EDIT: Prey wasn't bad, it just wasn't that good. It did some interesting things but it was buggy and just a tad ridiculous. But, that's my opinion.

Cajun Chicken3792d ago (Edited 3792d ago )

I disagree. I think it was a very good FPS. It was great to have a FPS playing as a living breathing character and not just a empty soul. One of the most bravest things in Prey was right at the start where you hear Tommy and see him in the mirror, brilliance.

I can only say, in term of believable playable characters, Tommy is up there with Nathan Drake, yeah, I know that's controversial but it did make you very involved in Tommy in a 'Being John Malcovich' type way, if you know what I mean.

Obama3792d ago

Prey is very boring. I played the game on pc and it's slightly below mediocre.

beans3792d ago

Prey wasn't boring at all and actually had one of the best stories ever in gaming. The visuals were odd but near the end when you started getting p!ZZed off it was totally insane.

ThanatosDMC3791d ago

Prey was pretty good when it came out... just a lot of tumbling and rotating which made me stop for a bit then continue. Fighting enemies on different angles was different. Killing your monster girlfriend was satisfying... that sick freak! Yes, she was forced to do it... but she tried to kill me first.

BWS19823791d ago (Edited 3791d ago )

a 7.5 or so, and I'm a HUGE FPS gamer, so it wasn't the style. You only had 7 weapons or so, and the story was actually not as gripping...I didn't care for Tommy, as he seemed sort of fake. I liked the idea, but the execution (maybe it was the voice acting?) was only average. If you want a REAL character to play as who you can feel for, talk about Max Payne. Tommy seemed too distant and his emotions seemed forced, it wasn't a bad game, but it wasn't exceptional either. I love sci-fi too, so I also know it wasn't that...maybe I just didn't like the way the game played out story-wise, I don't know, but it just didn't grip me the same way something like BioShock or Far Cry 1 was just rough around the edges and I couldn't get into it to make it past an 8 overall...

EVILDEAD3603791d ago

Wow! what a sleeper that was. I'm one of the best FPSs early in this generaton. Was buried because we all were salivating for the big releases of Gears and Halo.

I bought it for a bargain at Gamestop and was blown away. The emotional aspect of it was clearly a factor of what made me play to the end. This game deserves attention and a high profile sequel.

Prey 2 for 2010! Please.

likedamaster3791d ago (Edited 3791d ago )

Prey was really good, I enjoyed it both story and gameplay wise. Multiplayer for Prey was genius at the time.

BWS19823790d ago

people disagreeing, and it's an opinion. I wish I could have fallen in love with that game, I was trying to love it, it's a good game, but not the nearly perfect game I wanted it to be. Does anyone else feel the same distance from Tommy as a character...something about him made me feel disconnected from the story. I like Sci-fi FPS games, so like I said it wasn't the genre...I don't know, I wish I could be more specific. I'd totally get the sequel because as I said I had enjoyment in the first one, but something about the story made me feel apart from the characters and not invested in the outcome enough. Blah, maybe if I played it again I'd see things differently, who knows...

Well then.... Vampire Rain 2!! \o/

Sangria3792d ago

Considering Free Radical is under Crytek wings now, maybe a Haze 2 would be significantly better than the first, but for the same reason, i doubt Free Radical will ever work on a console-exclusive.
(still, i wish it's not a Haze 2)

poopsack3792d ago

ive said it once and ill say it again, id love to see haze pull a killzone 2 :)

Marquis_de_Sade3791d ago

That's somewhat insulting to the first Killzone, KnaveX.

GRAN TURISMO 5-The Real Driving Simulator, will cover the next Game Informer.

Lou-Cipher3791d ago

Crackdown 2 is on this issue of Game Informer,(October) and it is looking better than that trailer they showed at E3.
