University Offers Students Extra Credit for Wii Fit Classes

Koku Gamer writes: "A bizarre new course at the University of Houston has been set up called the "Wii Performance Class" which will offer students credit for playing the likes of Wii Fit and Wii Sports in order to learn about their own health."

Get extra college credit for playing video games...is this what heaven looks like? Now, if only they gave out scholarship money for "Solving every puzzle in Professor Layton's 1+2", then I'd be set...

Haha, this is just straight fruity, I don't think it's fair how the Wii only gives the credit but playing your PS3 slim or your Xbox 360 elite will not do any good. If their going to give gamers credit they might as well do it on good consoles.
