Charles Cecil is British gaming's secret weapon. He is pleasantly passionate, unfailingly unflashy and refreshingly straightforward. He is able to discuss gaming ideas over a beer. And he has a clear vision about what he wants. More impressive than all of that, however, he has shown enough talent to oversee the production of not one, not two, but three classic point-and-click adventure games.
If he wanted to get all bigheaded about it, then you would argue he has every right to. Instead, what you get is a man at pains to explain his thoughts, somebody who wants you to share the love he has for gaming. He may have had success in the past but he's not about to rest just yet. His brain is brimming with new ideas – as well as a few variations on old ones.
