Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Sony dropped the price of the PlayStation 3 to $299 and would introduce a new, slimmed down PS3 early next month. What would the effect of this be on PS3 sales?
Like what? More GTA 4 DLC? More flops like Halo Wars and Ninja Blade? An overpriced expansion to Halo 3? No thanks, I'll take Killzone 2, InFamous, Uncharted 2, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time, and Gran Turismo 5 over all of those.
How is Halo Wars a flop when it scored exactly the same as Infamous, and has sold more? lol GTA Expansion has sold a million and was AAA. "Uncharted 2, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time, and Gran Turismo 5 over all of those." None of these are even released. And not all highly anticipated either. Its the same as naming Alan Wake, Left 4 Dead 2, Forza 3, Mass Effect 2, Halo ODST, Splinter Cell Conviction, Fable III, Crackdown 2 etc. Um yea, you fail.
urgh ... take it to the open zone man ... come on
@ichoas- Yeah, I don't understand how either Halo Wars OR INFAMOUS are flops as far as sales. Halo Wars did sell more than INFAMOUS, but I don't thk many can argue its a better product than INFAMOUS.
@night-I thk he was talking about L4D2, Halo: ODST, Shadow Complex, and Forza 3. Personally, the one id want to come on the PS3 is L4D2, but it doubt that'll happen. @Warranty- Yeah, but id rather not spend 500 bucks plus on a gaming laptop. I might be better off just buying Dead Nation from the PSN store whenever it comes out, unless the Arcade gets a hardrive. Then ill just get a 360.
Well L4d is on PC.
So? Also on Xbox 360. You aren't regulator.
Exactly, Warranty. Anyone with a gaming PC has no need for a 360. And I'm not interested in L4D 2. Valve is one of the most overrated developers, IMO, but that's another story. As for Forza 3, I'll happily take Gran Turismo 5 instead. Shadow Complex is THE only game in all of 2009 that interests me for the 360.
