A title said "Gran Turismo 5 Release Soon After GT PSP" should add "Im guessing" at the end.

All these speculation dates is what makes people think it really is coming out soon, but then they release an ACTUAL release date and everyone gets pissed and says it was delayed....lol

polyphony hired a ton more people to work on GT5 and that can only mean they are pushing for a release this year especially if GTPSP is coming soon. Its in the books GT5 will come this year and all you doubters will see. Sony just released the slim and with GT5 this holiday season bundled with a slim it will sell like hotcakes!

As much as I anticipate GT5, is it just me or does it feel like Sony is downplaying GT5? Seems like Sony has a lot of room to make GT5 much bigger than what we've seen at GamesCon.

I think that Sony is intentionally not talking a lot about GT5 so that they can possibly surprise people with a December release date at the Tokyo Game Show.

Sony made some good announcements at GamesCom, and they've got to save something for TGS, and GT5 is probably one of their big playing cards during that event.

I don't think Sony is "downplaying" GT5 because they know how big of a game GT will be, and it's possible that Yamauchi himself wants to unveil GT5 in a big way in his home country of Japan at TGS instead of GamesCom, and you can bet that Sony will respect his decision on when and where he wants to talk about it.

Well this are still mere speculations but I also think Sony and Polyphony studios are giving out hints at a much quicker and shorter span of space from time-to-time...

...hints (1) have been hiring more CGI artist/staff..
(2) just released new PS3 slim to coincide with a possible bundle deal in Christmas or New Year perhaps..

Maybe the next print will be the actual release dates?..
