After several closed beta sessions, IncGamers give its final impression of the highly anticipated MMO, Aion, by going over and re-assessing what it experienced in these past few weeks.
Are we looking at the next big thing in MMOs?
Aion 2 launches globally in 2025 with Unreal Engine 5, revamped combat, PvE focus, and a fresh take on the classic MMO experience.
Discover the immersive world of Aion in 2023, complete with deep crafting, aerial combat, and a unique flying system. Join one of two factions and explore the vast land of Atreia, where new challenges and updates await.
Would this be self promotion, I personally don't care but just wonder.
Gameforge and NCSOFT has just announced that they have launched the 7.2 ("Shadows Over Red Katalam") update for their fantasy MMORPG "AION".
Well, WoW IS getting a bit old. Perhaps time for someone else to have the front seat in the big bandwagon that is MMOs...
I'm fairly confident that Aion will release without a hitch, and that it will be very popular.
What features does it have that make it a WoW killer? besides the awesome graphics
Hmm, Aion has the instances for towns? Hellgate had that too... Very annoying. Surely this could've been avoided like WoW or FFXI do?
Everyone who says this must be a wow killer wrong its a whole different play style, and i like it more then wow because i am pvp orientated while i do enjoy pve stuff this is the perfect mix of the 2. Love the crafting system and love the different classes characters are very detailed so pretty much everyone looks different havent tried abyss or any instances but i think it will be very good from what i have seen on videos.
