From the review: "Turtles in Time Re-Shelled is an average, though solid, beat 'em up. The gameplay however is not as good as it could have been; Had it been modeled after the SNES game which featured more depth and more moves. The game overall just lacks the charm that made the original so great."
Game prices are fickle, and seller's remorse is real.
Prices are starting to returned to how much they actually cost 20-30 years ago-not adjusting to inflation.
Hehe. Some games, not all.
Would love to see an article like this about the Genesis and its expensive games. I have some of these games on this list Turtles in Time, Chrono Trigger, Kirby Superstars, Mega Man X2 and X3 I even have the Chinese knock off MMX3 for Genesis lol.
It was almost 30 years ago that the NES classic, love it or hate it, hit stores. With the new series on the way, what better time than to recommend 4 of the best TMNT games of all time, each one representing a member of the team.
Absolutely love side scrolling beat em ups, have the turtles and many more on my arcade cab:)
A double trip back to the past as we check out the well-loved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles co-op game for the SNES, Turtles in Time!
What is with these awful reviews? Anything less than an 8 for this game is completely untrue.
These reviewers must be starting the game up hoping for some deep brawler with tons of content when actually it's a 3 button beat em up that oozes fun.
What a joke.
Hmm well going by the demo i played today, i found the whole experience lacking when directly comparing it to the snes version(the best game of it's type) - it just doesn't feel as punchy or clever with it's move choices like how both the Snes and Megadrive games felt.
It's reasonable but certainly nothing special
