Wired: There's an interesting tension between gamers and Wii Sports. On the one hand, we know we're not supposed to like it, because it sends off all the signals that spell "casual game" - cutesy graphics, simple gameplay, your mom wants one. On the other hand, it's fun. And occasionally addictive.
Wii Sports, packed in with Wii, is the best-selling videogame of all time. Wii Sports Resort is its sequel, packaged with and requiring the use of Wii MotionPlus, a small adapter that plugs into the Wii controller and adds the ability to detect linear motion, not just rotation.
